Join the Whitaker PTA!
Whitaker Elementary School has a long tradition of having an active and effective PTA.  In addition to sponsoring several fundraisers throughout the school year, the PTA also has committees to maintain the grounds, host teacher appreciation events, produce our directory and yearbook, sell Whitaker spirit wear, provide cupcakes for students' birthdays, and more.  Most of the planning committees are filled in the Spring, but there are always opportunities for parents who want to get involved with the PTA and Whitaker.   If you cannot commit the time to be on a committee, please consider volunteering for one or more of the events.  Even if you can only volunteer for an hour or two, you will help make a difference in your child's school.
