The first graders collected and turned in more than 800 box tops in the first quarter. They received a popsicle party for their hard work! 4,000 total were collected and redeemed in the first quarter. This translates into $400 for Whitaker. The contest continues so don't stop clipping. Second quarter collections have already begun. Just clip, label an envelope with your teacher's name and place in the bin located in the school lobby. The deadline for second quarter collections is Dec. 14.
